Manufacturing

Our plant is situated in jaipur with state of art facility having two extrusion press producing more than 3000 MT/annum. Started as a humble beginning with one 450T press. With good workmanship and joint efforts, we gradually added on more 900T press. This plant is fully automatic with all state of art facility to produce quality products. We can now produce bigger profiles and can cater to wide customer base.

Anodising

We have latest 7 tank process anodizing process with zero leakage sealing system for long lasting surface finish and thus we ensures uniform coating to match the expectation for various applications without any colour variations. The extrusions are anodized upto 25 microns.

Powder Coating

We have a latest powder coating equipment from one of the best Powder coating equipment manufacturers. We do 7 tank process including cromotizing. This process is done for long lasting and attractive surface finish.

We offer wide range of RAL shades to our customer. Our Versatile Powder coating line is specially designed to give high quality, eye catching finishes in different colours. We have capability to handle longer profiles upto a length of 6 Mtrs. We use high grade powder from some renowned companies to give a long lasting colour coating.

Die House

We have complete in house die shop with all the latest equipment for faster and accurate die making. The Tool Room shop is equipped with CAD Design centre, EDM, Wire cut, Milling machines etc to provide customer customized solutions within the shortest lead time.

Fabrication

We have a complete Aluminium fabrication facility. We indulge ourselves in making complete, ready to fit doors and windows for buildings and buses. We put maximum possible quality checks all through our fabrication process and we use high grade hardware items, rubber fittings to ensures hassle free fitment of fabricated products.
